A classic Guatemalan chicken dish in a meaty sauce packed with herbs and spices. This has a little warm glow of chillies but is a mild dish (someone who generally can't 'do' chillies can do this one!). Enjoy this with a side of plain white rice.
Made using local ingredients and as much produce from the organic Paragon Kitchen Garden as possible. Find me in the freezer in the self-service shop. Heat me through in the microwave for 7-8 minutes or until piping hot, and enjoy! Accompany with rice.
