We are an adult-only destination and our residents are typically individuals or couples who are working professionals. who value close proximity to the city but want to live in a safe, private natural environment.
Residents want privacy and autonomy, freedom yet safety, to be surrounded by green space, fresh air, amazing volcano, forest and valley views, connectivity (online, with themselves, and physically to the city centre 10-15 mins away) and to be part of a small friendly community that they can dip in and out of for social time, events and activities.

All of our residential homes are fully equipped to offer turnkey living and our residential prices include water, electricity, weekly cleaning and laundry, wifi, and your first bottle of cooking gas.

2. Our resident manager will contact you back to discuss your timeframe, budget, answer any questions and to arrange a viewing of available homes (in person or via video call as needed).
3. If you wish to proceed following a viewing, the manager will process your booking directly. Payment monthly in advance is required plus a one month security deposit. Your ID copy will also be required at this point.​
