As the last private reserve protecting nature in the area, and with over 140 species of bird: we are a pet-free environment.

 

We are also an adult-only destination and our residents are individuals and couples who are working professionals in their mid-thirties and above (most of whom work remotely). Our residents want privacy and autonomy, freedom yet safety, to be surrounded by green space, fresh air, amazing volcano, forest and valley views, connectivity (online, with themselves, and physically to the city centre 10-15 mins away) and to be part of a small friendly community that they can dip in and out of for social time, events and activities.

All of our residential homes are fully equipped to offer turnkey living and our residential prices include water, electricity, weekly cleaning and laundry, wifi, and your first bottle of cooking gas. Parking, and gas refills are extra.
